Holomorphic map of complex manifolds

Let $M,N$ be complex manifolds and $f:M\to N$ be a map. We say that $f$ is a holomorphic map if the restriction of $f$ to coordinate charts in $M,N$ is a holomorphic function. More precisely, Fill this in later
